only thing that will move this is at least one signed deal for zinc,
lithium and cobalt are still a long way off from development, they tried but no luck so far.
AB and Napier are the real estate assets that exist right now, today, and must be developed otherwise I'd seriously start to question management capabilities.
People are the most influential development factors in such companies where fundamentals dictate value of assets.
I won't be accumulating any more shares unless there's a "real" reason to at this stage, even if there was a CR event
