Let me draw your attention to the query release on the 14th Nov 2007, this was the day Mark Gwynne sold 3 million shares. And also the day market was informed of a HoA was in preparation. The day after there was a huge sell off, but the market didn't know anything about Mark Gwynne selling out until the 21st Nov 2007 where upon there was a continued slide to todays levels.
Seems rather well timed to me. And he knew what was in the agreement for sure.
Anyway be interesting if any other directors sold out over, will find out next week i guess, especially from the 21st Nov 2007 before the announcement month.
