The full allocation of options has already been added to the company's register as I understand it (refer appedix 3b), as such, any shortfall will need to go somewhere?

My guess, management and staff will get what ever might be available.

Always worth asking however, as you never know your luck, especially with the large US position not being eligible...that's about 3.5m options right there that don't have a home.
