I'm not sure exactly when the next catalyst event to snap the SP out of the downtrend will come, but even some fairly modest institutional support right now would do wonders for the SP. Until then the continued low-volume, dribbling sell off by 'tired' retail investors will prevail.

On a positive note for those who do their homework on the FA and can see beyond the lure of lithium, milk and cannabis this presents great entry buying near the 52-week low. This seems to have formed a fairly resistant lower support level. But perhaps that's too much to ask? The wheels of hospital bureaucracies can turn too slowly for some and this is not a particularly sexy stock, just a solid value proposition with a pathway to financial security and prosperity.
