PEK is trading at a ridiculous 7M$ Market Cap while 2.4M$ of that is pure cash.
The market has to wake up to their projects , Menzies could provide PEK with 50.000 + ounces of gold ( with production being very cheap because of the shallow gold intercepts).
Early next year they're gonna announce a JORC for Menzies.
If they get 50.000 ounces at the very least PEK's value will be :
Cash: 2.4M$
Menzies Gold prospect: 50.000 * 650 AUD ( after deducting production costs) =32.500.000 ~ 32M$ revenue ( after tax approx. 25 M$ )
27 M$ would equate to a SP of approx. 62c. ( 46M shares)
PEK is a no brainer at current levels, very cheap and with huge upside potential.
no brainer with market cap of only 7m
