Move has been on the cards for a few months now apparently - Karantzis put that in motion some time back. Its a good idea to consolidate the operation in one place, in order to save costs and create team unity/communications.

All that aside, still no news on the core issues

Why hasnt Zavos joined the board?
Where is the new CEO or MD?
When will shareholders be given an outline of the EzyDVD deal (noting we are being asked to vote on it tommorrow!!)
Are there plans to replace the US vampires with local (cheaper) equity?
What happened with the SPP? How much did it raise?
Why did shareholders want MacKinlay removed last month?

Looks to me like its a shambles - and only getting worse now that Karantzis is out. I also hear that the CFO/Co Sec resigned and leaves very soon.
