In the USA the markets will trade for two days (Thursday and Friday nights) while the ASX is closed for a holiday.
IF Australian offices are closed Friday Saturday and Sunday there will be noone to send a notice to the ASX before 10 am Monday, assuming they have results by Monday morning
It seems that Tuesday will be the first day that USA and Australia will both be open together.
The announcement will be made before the end of January so Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 seem more likely than Monday 29
