Thanks Gans Gans. Excellent research to find this one. Certainly seems to allude to Getswift (though not definitively) and highlight how important such technology is to them.

However did I hear correctly that the ‘Multiple Frequency of Delivery Initiative’ did NOT deliver the benefit AS YET that was expected?’ This initially sounded very concerning to me but the ‘as yet’ part downgraded my concern level to moderate as indicates they’re still working through things. Not dead but far from guaranteed. Despite all of the other noise on HC, I think this could be one of the most meaningful pieces of information yet.
