FMG and FDL already work closely and share information. Problem is for FMG if they wait for FDL to prove up their reserves fully then the price would be closer to $2 based on the $ per tonne that FMG is trading at multiplied by 350m tonnes. Given FDL tenement is part of the recent FMG announcement (So not close but actually within) a bid now makes infinate sense imho...
