Newb, I was asking a question of everyone because I need help with this particular aspect. I think you mis-interpreted it.
I'm referring to the psychological barriers to trading profitably and consistently. So far the best help I've had is from a book called 'Trading in the Zone' by Mark Douglas, but it still doesn't hit the bullseye in my opinion.
Any ideas out there would be appreciated. I would prefer first hand experience rather than a book reference if possible.
