I would think either
* ZFX is about to imminently make a bid or
* Heggarty pushed him off the board now Michelmore is at ZFX

ZFX is looking for a big copper miner.. they are flashing around their $2.2B in cash... michelmore is aggressive.. zfx share price is tanking and zinc aint looking very bright any more

OXR I doubt would be interested in zinc.. especially not with michelmore around, they had their chance (at a higher price maybe).. question is would OXR be shopping for big copper miner or more bolt-ons and hence "shopping in the same supermarket"? Heggarty seems to be favouring smaller bolt-ons.. ?
