Are all these comments based on the idea that the company has no interest in being a producer?

As entropy Lord said the company's strengths are an exploration and dealing and their whole plan was to prove up this project to the point where they can gain most value without getting into production and move on to the next one.

And also pay a dividend from the sale. Which I'm still waiting for anyone to give me any insight if they are willing to predict as far as dividend payments might go.....

Maybe the delay on any news has been that they were trying to get a partner to help get up to that point and now maybe they are deciding to go it alone before selling it.
and maybe with the way oil is going the offers haven't been great and they are now deciding whether they change their mind on being a producer.
Especially with this project being unique in that it has been a high quality producing field and they feel confident in all their studies have done with all the historical information they have.
