Yes DS I've been reviewing the last few Qtly Updates, in anticipation.

A Little early for BOD update, but the differentiation in retirement dates threw up a flag for me. Is Rolf currently tasked with something that won't be finalised or at handover stage, or is an heir apparent in extraction mode - or bills to pay or just a handy date? How are Effective Governance going in their doings. Should folk be currently "chicken littling" governance as an issue - when experts are at hand?

On a side note should RM & Co. own the number of shares they do - well yeah. They did buy them, support CRs etc. Did they do anything illegal - well no, in fact up until recently were governed by ASIC, trading windows Co. guidelines etc - far more scrutiny than humble shareholders.

AS went down to 65.73% of exercisable votes counted - somewhat more than anything RM could muster at the time of vote - and confirmed it was by poll.

RS & JH - as I previously stated I was accepting of BOD continuence for stability and progression of post DIA bootstrapping projects. Well this notice states their retirements - move on. On the note - yes ALL folk are not indispensable - no need for more "chicken Littling" here either. Some have short memories or tunnel vision. Quite a while ago I raised the matter of Joe's criticality to Anteo, and joked about downloading him into a CRAY. This came to the fore when there was a health scare in the Anteo camp, no need for details . Measures were put in place and this was communicated to shareholders. Please note lead inventors in recent patent applications, further highlighted when an ex-Anteo fellow (family reasons), was acknowledged for producing 20 new & novel formula (last update over 100 formula), the expertise is out there. Maybe a decade ago superparamagnetism expert numbers were limited, not so today. Joe is key to Anteo absolutely, but if he were to retire (I don't see that either) the company will not fold.

What is needed are increased commercial outcomes from applications (as R will remind anyone with or without cue) This is where BOD direction comes in.

Six more sleeps until Q34C and more importantly Activities Reporting - or is it Q1 still (its a joke Joyce).

PS: Nice tick in volume looking to be 3rd best in 2mts. Maybe R is swinging on the Activities Report - not likley to be the 4C part that's fore sure.
