Just on the note why Talbot would have brought it at such a premium is, cos 8M shares buying from the market could not be succeeded without spiking the shareprice, but buying it during times the company issues major news provides an appotunity for big buyers such as Talbot because of the sudden boost in volume. This just means that Talbot is not concerned about the short term scenario and is very bullish long term.
