Chinese government always backs up Chinese companies with very low rate loan so i am sure Tidfore is already got the green lights from the government and soon or late ,i believe very soon they will start up and running ,i have spoke to a friend how i found out about SDL my friend works as a mining engineer and i spoke to him last nigh ,he thinks it will multiply as soon as they sign the agreement with local government but also my friend mention that the management of SDL is not doing a good job ,i leave the rest up to you ,i am strongly think that it will rise and i am holding and waiting
