The local market even supply to "the big fish" Imo is not as important as having export deals. Our local market is too small and hemp as a food too new and unknown with the unwarranted taint of "pot".
I agree the estimated harvest and subsequent product is too large for the local market, however I don't doubt that the demand exists for clean, green Australian grown anything in China.
Any factual information regarding HHG or WaltannaHemp's experience or relationship with the export trade would be welcome
