The 4C is a cash flow statement therefore no profit will be reported. As for receipts from customers etc, some people were expecting big numbers:

I believe on info released OBJ could be earning $40-50m by December 2017
That should have them at $1.6bn market cap or at a SP of $1.00 by Xmas 2017

If you do the math it becomes pretty clear that in the opinion of the directors based on the best available information at reporting date the receipt of licensing fees in excess of $20m by November 2017 is already a no-brainer.
