Sir you are just plain wrong. Any calculation of fully diluted market cap includes escrow stock but excludes out of the money options and performance shares with hurdles. Even ex the mere 22m performance shares the share count is 187m shares x 2.92 = fd mkt cpa of $546m escrow stock not subject to hurdles is ALWAYS COUNTED IN SHARE COUNT. This is finance 101 jeez
