Man,the thread has now developed into legal action advice and all sort of stuffs.

It reminds me on the science-fiction horror movie called The Mist where people got trapped in a supermarket and how people started to behave under panic. The only difference is those talked the most now are actually not inside the supermarket...

IMO the management is in the grey zone in terms of satisfying perfectly disclosure requirements but as a shareholder I don't feel cheated, I never for a moment thought the revenue stated are guaranteed, and previous ann never say so.

I bought in because of its global potential. its relatively high valuation is not a problem if a fraction of its mega deals go through successfully. It might not work out for sure but the demise of the company will come from the failure of its business, not because the management has some potential mis-steps in disclosure.

I hope my fellow shareholders will keep their judgment in place and won't end up like the main character in The Mist.
