Both comapanies will be private comapanies to the Parent company Flinders Mines Limited.

Now, i am not sure why they would set up two seperate private companies unless they are looking at spinning out the iron ore seperately to the diamonds.

Yet they make reference that its in shareholders interest to pursue both commodities. That would mean they would be offering FDL holders once the name change a sweetner to partake in a new iron-ore IPO.

I think its called - Dilution - Dilution - Dilution.
