I have since read up on GSW's announcement in the ASX regarding NA Williams.

The announcement is all about a deal with NA Williams - a consultancy business. Not NA Williams' clients.

    Excerpts from the announcement...

"The signing the 5 year agreement is expected to significantly increase the company’s reoccurring revenues by more than $138,000,000 per year once fully captured."

    and

"[GetSwift] and N.A. Williams expect to transform the delivery services across the automotive sector targeting the established national representation under management: AutoZone, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys, Truckpro, FleetPride, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Traction Heavy Duty among others. N.A. Williams and The Company estimate that this structure will potentially yield in excess of 1.15 Billion (1,150,000,000) transactions a year when fully implemented. The Company estimates the fulfillment of this vertical will take at least 15-19 months due to the project scope, size and complexity of the channel partners."

Just what exactly is this 'established national representation under management'? What or whose representation? Whose Management? It cant be NA Williams unless each person in their company can average under 2 seconds per delivery for every delivery they make, and keep this up for 2000 hrs per person per year - refer my previous post on this thread.

So I'm trying to best to imagine what this 5-year NA Williams deal is all about. The very best I can come with is that NA Williams (with no risk to them) will do their best to go into bat for GetSwift, possibly on a commission basis, when dealing with their (NA Williams) clients.

This would make the entire announcement at-best nothing but hype. In real terms it means the actual deal with NA Williams equates to zero transactions and zero dollars.

Unless someone can show me the error of my ways, what this means to me is:
GetSwift's NA Williams announcement has zero credibility.
I cant place any credibility on their other announcements without a lot of in-depth work
Because of this, I cannot rely on any information emanating from GSW including their Appendix 4C
If I cant trust the data, it is not worth analysing.
If it is not worth analysing, it's not worth investing in.
