All this mean nothing in the face of more revenue, as Blind Freddie the real issues--revenue shortages
in supporting the illegals as workers are the only one`s they can fine and expect payments.
Road safety along with lives matter has passed it used by date for those who main interest is increasing revenue--give it a rest--those that already run red light, knock people over will not give a rats a--as everyone else`s pockets will be hit.

It's a proposal for traffic chaos at busy intersections IMO and would be surprised to see it approved and moved into law.
