Conspiracy theories aside (lol) there are good charting reasons why the XJO is indicating the run is not only topped but heading lower.
Today it flirted with a risistance level and simply confirmed it (as you can see). The XJO can on occassions be a little sloppy with these lines but is perfect to the 0.1 of a point when it matters.
