Seriously!!? Not a "half hearted attempt at a Q4 report", but a letter to option holders briefly describing the case for conversion and how the proceeds would be used by the company. Announced to the market under continuous disclosure obligations so that option holders are not privy to information that shareholders do not have.
More detailed 4c report is due imminently....between now and Wednesday.
