I join this thread with reluctance. Because it is not easy to describe what is required to make money in this market. I know what you are talking about but am reluctant to discuss trading tactics that have taken me years to develop. So, you will find others with similar skills will not want to share them on a public forum.
The point is, it is possible to make money in this market. But the skills required are beyond TA and FA.
