    You do not have full S/H rights, issues of options or offerings or S/H meetings etc, you are not the owner the trustee is.
    Industry funds use the shares to lend for shorts as well. Lots of limitations, the thing for me is to find gems before they are in the asx 100 200 or 300, this is hardly good option for a diverse investment portfolio.
