    They are scientists first and foremost, with no experience in marketing the actual company itsef. The two things seem to be mutually exclusive when it comes to most scientific types.

    Yes it is very hard to understand the complete silence by the company regarding the NICE guidelines, that and the Swiss approval plus a bit of marketing speak all bundled together would have made a great announcement
