I made a % of deposit on an investment property. Had to cancel it today. Very sad moment. Had to explain my patner that it won’t make sense to sell for 30k loss today. God bless her that she took it with brave heart and said it’s ok not to stress

I have told couple of times on this forum I lost rides on auz krc A2m fmg and gxy cause of selling out of fear. Although I had good trust in fundamentals was afraid of all the posts on the forum - tried to play smart with trailing stop losses and was always sold out early by false triggers

I will be in green may not be in a fortnight or even a month but we will be green .. sense strong fundamentals. I rather be in red and go green then whinge about selling in loss and see go green the following week
