Yes, as an O&G spec stock PRL naturally has a certain red or black casino quality, while the management has been providing in-house entertainment by doubling up as clowns.

But consider the odds now, at this point:

If PTL don't strike oil, you loose at most 0.9c / s (but remember, there's also the prospects in Spain, etc)

If (given the sound prospective geology) they hit a gusher, you win a Disallowed? A 20 bagger? You tell me?

I'd take these odds over the Casino's anytime.

Plus there's the very reasonable possibility than the PRL drilling operation is using this time to sober up and remove their red noses, long shoes and frilly pants, and get it together enough to drill that hole into the reservoir of black stuff. That would be time well spent.

Strike the oil and it's game on. Big time.

I hear what you are saying. If you were to buy in now yes the risk is pretty low. Unfortunately for me i need 2 bags from .8c just to break even. I was greedy and didn't sell on the last spike thinking PRL had got their s$!t together and things would be diff with well 2. How wrong i was.
