my friend, i think the markets (generally speaking - not bhp specific) have bottomed
3 days of back-to-back-to-back gains is the confirmation i needed
i will PROGRESSIVELY (not all at once - say, 30-40% per day of weakness) put cash to use on the next sign of weakness
