The problem is there is no evidence of this in the real world of a 12 months lithium mine being built. If its true, great, as this will help the valuation tremendously, but no project can be pointed at. Lithium mines take longer to become operative than other type of mines. We just need to stay realistic and as it takes 3 months to drill 7 holes, I sincerely doubt that a 2.5mt mine can be build with road and port access sorted in 12 months. As such this remains a highly speculative investment for me.
