It’s not material and necessary to announce that celebrity media influencers have been hired to start production of new content for the app roll out and Apple TV channel and to expedite brand awareness in the greatest single jurisdiction market in the US?

Seems like a required ann to me. Previous social media influencer engagements had ann’s of their own.

I’m not aware of the specifics of disclosure rules but campaigns that can affect the brand awareness so massively in key markets would strike me as being important for more than just the insiders to know.
