Dex, lets not get silly now, lol. Smoking IS banned in virtually all workplaces...and on all public transport, but if you ban someone who's been smoking for over 50 years from smoking in his own vehicle, some clumsy innocent who accidently sounds his horn in your presence will DIE! I dont smoke in the house (but spend a lot of time outside), I dont smoke in the family car, but we have frequent pit stops at the wife's instigation ( when the sound of me grinding my teeth exceeds 80 decibels), but I will continue to smoke in my own one-man vehicles ( nearly always travel alone a/c I lost all my friends last time I quit smoking). No, not a good idea.
