The weasely words are STRONG in this announcement. Most of todays MNS announcement is a rehash of the one in October.
Note 1) WIN are a local govt concern much the same as Townsville council, propose almost anything to these guys and they will sign an MOU. There are no "BIG PLAYERS" cheering from the sideline.
Note 2) Doctor Fabri first surfaced in the October announcement. A very capable CV, but he is the head of a consulting firm (Allocate). He is a facilitator much like the Boston chaps in Townsville. A consultant.
Note 3) This is just a rehash of Oct and Dec announcements, nothing has happened except that the beast has a name, and they called it Listrom, and they wrote it down and they said. "The name is strong."
Note 4) No mention of a dollar or a Euro. In the real world minnows like MNS with only 3 million left in the bank do not "own" billion dollar factories. If they had a real plan we would see a line of credit, but who will lend to these guys? No-one, and the pitcher into the well of shareholder funds is looking dry.
The mine still looks a better bet to me, regardless of the trouble.
