That is an interesting point and one I hadn't really considered.

That news could well have contributed to the SP drop post AGM, but the largest fall in SP was after the HOA was announced.

If on the other hand the larger stakeholders knew that Leopard was not drilling before the AGM then it would have attributed to the avalanche. It may also be why the director chose to sell when he did.

Of course it is all just speculation......
