    What specific timeframes do you use to trade Fx, if you don't mind sharing?

    Do you use a different timeframe to ascertain the main trend and another to enter on the swings?

    What I have experienced is that when I follow the main trend, I seem to do well on any rebound but overall I am still well be hind !!
