I don't think it's about talking yourself out of it but it is a matter of recognising some decent relationship between price and value. The problems occur when people follow an apparently persuasive poster, start to think they are going to miss out and push the price beyond where it ought to be for the stage of development.
I've seen it happen enough times to suggest that enthusiasm has its place but over enthusiastic calls are neither healthy nor productive. There is nothing worse for a stock to get beyond itself and then have to deal with the misery that ensues when readjustment takes place. That does a good stock a great disservice.
So yes the report looks good. Yes this has promise. But there's a lot more water to go under the bridge. The price will move as the flow starts. In good time and not before
In the meantime I'm conscious of the prediction of a fortune teller in the streets of Bangkok. So far he's been right.
