When AMP turns up it will go like a rocket,,, AMP is going to lock NAB out of the bookbuild for the "new" AMP and my feeling is Mohl has the brinkmanship on Cuicutto (so far),,, this is going to be like a good game of Rugby,,, see why did Mohl have 'new" AMP own 15%HHG??
A.The UK regulators liked it, so as to give the go ahead on the split and he knew NAB wouldn't find it palatable,, which works out fine,, because the last thing you want is a quick,cheap bid that doesn't realise the full value of the demerger,,, dont be surprised to see Westpac appear on the register after the bookbuild...they have a lot in common with AMP,,, & both Sydney companies!!
I hold 80K AMP and 60K rights and will be buying again @ $5.65
