the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to the completion of a significant project acquisition and capital raising; the trading halt is requested until the announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Friday 2 February 2018, whichever occurs earlier; the trading halt is expected to end following release of the announcement regarding the completion of the significant project acquisition and capital raising; and the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
