What is likely to happen at EGM? Is it simply a tally of the For/Against for the Rubicon deal. Or are the board likely to do a last minute sales pitch & address obvious shareholders rumblings over the deal. Is it possible they could give earnings guidance at this meeting? Im just trying to work out if this meeting could be a trigger for a share price reversal/rally? Surely it couldnt trigger a further slide - or could it??
