a lot of media reports, all say one thing - that there is a lot of talent in the labor party. time will tell if this is true. on the assumption that this is true - and it is not for watso to argue the point - then labor will pick up running the country very quickly - and prove the libs wrong about the risk of putting l platers in charge of the economy.

frankly, there was no depth of talent in the liberal party. this seems to have been acknowledged by brendon nelson, who has indicated that he will be involved in selecting the right candidates.
