I knew Harleys was just jumping to conclusions a little..so I think nothing of her post. I just dont think she liked the fact you used the EXT thread champ for a bit of advertisement..haha :) It's all good..we all want to defend the stocks we hold..but our influence is minimal anyway. I chat on here for fun..do you think we really reach out to a lot of investors? I would like to think this is the case but I dont know if we actually do. I think our research may sway a number of investors to buy the stock..and it helps get the word out..but in the end its the big brokerage firms etc etc who really get things moving and get investors aware of a company.
Like I said if BMN are overpriced we are all screwed because EXT wont be able to follow Bannermans lead etc etc. We want Bannerman to follow Xemplar Energy's lead. Now that stock is overpriced!
EXT has a 173 million dollar market cap..Bannerman has a 433 million dollar market cap. The valuation is fair atm because Bannermans deposit isn't located in 4/5 seperate deposits. I would imagine more cost would be involved for extract having multiple open pit operations? extract also dont have a JORC yet so I feel their management team are getting too far ahead of themselves and even though they completed a scoping study I think many investors find it hard to believe since they have done the scoping study off a resource that isn't even defined yet. One other thing..when EXT are releasing their first resource of around 30 million pounds? Bannerman will be getting closer to reporting a 160 million pound resource..this is why BMN is valued higher. I actually think the two stocks are quite evenly valued atm and IMO that is wrong. Bannerman is the stock closer to developing a mine..they are the ones closer to the fesibility studies and as I added before they still have a lot of historic drill holes that havn't even been relogged yet which will push their drilling campaigns even further in front of EXT.
So atm..both are fair value and Bannerman are still extremely cheap when compared to its Canadian peers. If Extract do catch up over the next year or two we can see what valuation we can put on them..they will follow Bannerman. So lets all hope Bannerman do well. IMO the one with the most upside in the short term (next 4 months) is Bannerman with the revised and final resource estimated to be released. Those two announcements are extremely significant..especially for the Canadian investors. When they see that..if they have any common sense at all that will trigger a buy signal in their brains as they know how highly some of their Namibian uranium explorers have been valued at.
Good luck guys..I cant wait for a few months to go by.
