    FOLLOWING A SHARE PURCHASE PLAN I RECEIVED A LETTER TO BUY AT $0.20 FROM THE COMPANY SOLICITING THE BUY WHEN THE PRICE WAS $0.27 BUT SOON AFTER WHEN SHARES WHERE ISSUED THE PRICE WAS $0.20 AND NOW IS $0.15 ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY
