As for secracy, well that is a slightly true, but you can hardly stand up in front of the AGM and tell everyone that they have 3M screwed and they will get 400 million out of the rego deal.

There is no reason why the MOU will not be delivered this week and the contract executed before the new year.

Sometimes you have to have trust, and if this does turn nasty, we might be the poorer but I garantee we wont be in the same dark cell as the directors.

Anyway that is not going to happen, its all good , the option nest has been feathered for management and directors and we await a takeover, purchase of technology or enjoy the bedroom romp with 3M.
