Lumacom cannot and will not succeed in outdoor advertising. They have to change the industry that they are involved in. The ironic thing in the AGM was that Dollisson was waffling on again about how large the China outdoor advertising market is and how much it is growing and then the company indicates that the margins are not there, so LUM are not going to tender for contracts in that region. Also, most of the Vertigo staff have gone and relinquished their LUM performance shares - why? Obviously because they realise that Vertigo will need meet the criteria for the Performance shares to be exercised. So LUM on its own is losing money, Vertigo is losing money, LUM have no money, Vertigo staff and LUM board members are resigning, share price is at around 1.4c.

Wakey wakey current shareholders !!! Why do you think Tim is piling his money into it!!!
