That $130,000 was supposed to be hardware purchase and installation fee for Sol. It was never been paid in my memory. If it is still a pending payment, it would have been mentioned in any business update ann after June like the pending payment of Indo. Sol was commercially launched but still no any word about it in today's ann. My assumption is that the pre-launch cost were all borne by TV2. I had sent email to company but no clear reply. However, if Sol snowball start rolling smoothly, it would not matter that much giving free installation. The company should tell us though.
