If we look at Jason's recent history there is good enough evidence to show that the raise coming in wfe this quarter won't be a huge amount. He leaves that until the second raising whic i multiples higher.

VEC second raise at 0.018 for $3,240,000

So we can see a small raise to start things higher followed by a bugger raise once more advanced and the share price is much higher. Couldn't ask for more than that.
