Can we just get this clear - Barnes and Roberts are the former CHM directors who are being pursued, together with MMX, Crosslands and others in the legal action undertaken by AH on CHM's behalf.
ASIC has already intiated legal proceedings against Barnes and Roberts which adds weight to AH's claim against them and assist in discovery of actions by the other named parties.
