    Hi striker11

There is not much in that mess to explain.

With the princely sum of $1,987 in cash (the cost of my annual electricity bill) the world is scarcely GCN's oyster.

"GCN continued to market shares in GoGreen." Hmm. GGH shares sold are down -95% on the same quarter last year. So either the shares to be sold are running out, or those who are approached to buy are less open to handing over their dough. I wonder why.

We are told of a "substantial reduction in operating expenses which fell by 87% relative to that of the previous corresponding quarter of 2016." Well, one might expect a reduction when (for several quarters) GCN has been earning zilch from its operations.

So "GGH and GCN expect to generate revenue over the next 12 months from pay per view 2D and VR contents." I would hope they do expect to generate revenue, else why venture on the enterprise. But do they expect revenue to exceed costs?

"The founders of GGH have identified the most valuable business of VR/AR being social networking." I am reminded of those sepia toned, framed photos of a company's bearded founding fathers. I am ashamed to say that I had thought Richard Li was GGH.

Come to think of it, who are GGH's founders and directors?

Do these GGH founders think they can catch up with others in the same VR game? For example:

If the founders of GGH aspire to catch up then they should ditch GCN. It has too many years of repeated failures behind it. Of course that solution is not going to work if GGH is Richard Li.

Generally, the drama of GCN gets more interesting now that ASX is finally singing from the same hymn sheet as the sceptics on HotCopper. Dilligas's discovery of a golden URL tells all:
