This gets murkier and seedier by the minute.CHM was wound up with these guys in charge at the time and they had relationships with MMX and Crossland at the time. Now CHM is a new company and MMX / Crossland is a new company with new directors.

Has there ever been a precedent for this type of case. I dont think so.

I also noticed on the CHM claim they were after the ''Jack Hills title'' or ''whatever proceeds the Judge saw fit''.

All because ( I think ) Crossland used CHM money $550000 to buy Jack Hills back in 2004.

You can't apply this logic going forward. Possession is 9/10th of the law. That would be like buying a stolen car 4 years ago but you were had the right paperwork that was forged. The car is now registered and recognised as yours. Now 4 years later the old owner wants it back. Dont think so. The law is on your side. You keep the car.

All this seems to be done by dodgy brothers incorparated who dont have any current ties to any of the above named organisations.

I wonder what Mitsubishi are thinking of all this. Maybe should of invested in MIS instead !!!
